Here to answer a few commonly asked questions!

BEFORE ORDERING

  • do you take custom orders? 
-  Every month I open up three available spots of my commissions for both jewelry and stickers. Prices do vary depending on what you are interested in. If you have an interest in a commission please contact me through email at [email protected]
  • can you ship to my country?
- Unfortunately at this time I am unable to ship overseas. Shipping is only available to within the U.S and the United States teritories

After Ordering 


  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- All of my jewelry pieces are made to order and it can take 1-5 business days to complete depending on how large your order is. Once your order is proccesed and sent out. The usual shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 days (depending on the shipping you selected) for it to ship and arrive to you.
- stickers typically take 1-3 days to process and send out! 
* business days do not include the weekends and holidays (Monday-Friday are business days) 

Product Availability 

  • Is it normal for you to be sold out of certain items? 
- Yes, each and every item is handmade by me alone and typically can take a while to complete. I outsource my beads, charms, and supplies for my jewelry pieces/accessories and often have to wait until a new supply has been received. 
- If an item is out of stock i will update the inventory of said item via instagram story for transparency amongst my customers.

Shipping/Delivery

  • Where can I receive tracking for my order? 
- By default, smaller orders such as stickers are shipped out via an affordable untracked letter mail service through USPS. If you would like to select the option of a safer shipping method please upgrade to your preffered method of shipping 
-  Jewelry pieces will be sent out via USPS Priority Mail and contain a tracking number. The price of shipping can depend on the weight and size of your order.If you did not receive your tracking number please email [email protected] for inquires


  • I have not recieved my order, what should I do?
- I do apologize if you have not received your order. Often there are delays within the USPS and that can contribute to you not receiving your order within the transit window. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery date then please contact [email protected] and provide me with your order number. I will assist you the best I can to resolve your concerns.
